Pitanje:
Da li vas/a muz/zena imaju pravo da rade u zemlji u koju ste emigrirali.
Situacija 1: Imate radnu dozvolu i dugotrajnu vizu na osnovu iste
Zemlje:
Situacija 2: Imate dozvolu trajnog boravka (residency permit)
Komplet EU:

Members of the family who have the right of residence in the host country have the right to work in that country, whatever their nationality. No work permit may be required from members of the family who are non-EU nationals. They have the right to equal treatment, including the award of social advantages.
The children of the worker, whatever their nationality, have the right to education in the host Member State on the same terms as its nationals. This includes, for instance, a right to equal treatment in relation to study grants.
