Čitao sam FAQ za MySQL++ u kome piše:
Will it build under Visual C++ 6?
No, it won't. This is a six-year-old compiler, and it had the worst Standard C++ support of any compiler in its time. MySQL++ doesn't build with six-year-old versions of GCC, either. I'm not going to hold back the technical development of MySQL++ just to accommodate a weak implementation of C++.
What about newer releases of Visual C++?
It does work on Visual C++ 7.1 as of MySQL++ 1.7.14. I ran into C++ language limitations trying to get it to work with VC++ 7.0, but I think it may be possible to hack up a subset of the API that will work with this version. Patches thoughtfully considered.
Da li da se držim Visual C++ 7.0/7.1 ili da menjam platformu.
Hvala na predlozima!
