Druze, to za apostil ti i nije neka validna informacija, odnosno los ti je uzorak. Kad pitas njih nekoliko i uhvatis prosek onda je to relevantno. :)
Aj ovako, posto sam ja tehnicar po prirodi i skolama a delom pravnik zbog nekog jednodecenijskog iskustva da krenem redom.
Sve ovo sto ti napisa ja sam vec promislio u glavi mada mi je gubljenje vremena da pisem i trazim logiku jer dzaba logika ako ona ne pali. 100% se slazem sa tobom ali.
Pitao sam ih to zato sto je bilo ljudi kojima su trazili + ono sto sledi:

You must present the original documents when you apply
You must show your passport and all documents in their original form at the Foreign Service Mission or
the police station.
Original documents issued by your country’s authorities must be certified by the proper authority
Documents from countries where we demand an apostille stamp. Documents from countries
that have ratified the Hague Convention (see list of countries here:
http://www.hcch.net/index_en.php?act=states.listing), must have an apostille stamp before you
submit your documents to the Foreign Service Mission or the police.
Documents from countries where we demand legalisation. Documents from countries that
have not signed the Hague Convention must be legalised by the foreign authority of the country
where the document has been issued. Legalisation means that the foreign authority in the issuing
country by endorsement has confirmed that the document is signed/issued by the proper authority.
If you are unsure of which rule applies to you, please contact the Norwegian embassy or consulate in the
country where you will submit your application.

www.udi.no stoji da dokument mora da ima apostil i da je na medjunarodnom obrascu. Zasto je to tako mozda bi samo oni odgovorili ako bi im neko napisao mejl. U suprotnom platicu 1400 dinara i zaboravicu pricu. Mozemo do prekosutra da pisemo zasto je ovo besmisleno i ja taj pecat mogu i sam da odstampam ali necu ali fakat je da odgovor ne znamo zasto to traze.
