Windows 7 i certificate za inf file

HP DesignJet 600 (C2848A)
Tražeći drajver za Design Jet 600 ploter pod windows 7 na netu, konačno sam naišao na inf fajlove koje je neko napravio pošto HP dalje ne podržava drajvere za stariji hardver. Instalacija krene lepo sve dok ne dođe do kraja i onda kaže: "Printer Driver not installed. Access is denied". Čovek koji je našao rešenje za to kaže da je uspeo tako što je:
1. Otključao fajl
2. Rešio problem certificata za fajl

So i stated some basic troubleshooting making sure there were no security issues with the file. I had followed the previous instructions as to disable Vista's User stuff. Found an icon that had the file "locked" because it was from another computer. I went through the properties of each file and "unlocked" them. Still received the error. I then happened to look at the certificate of the inf file and had windows accept the certicate associated with the file, and the drivers successfully installed.
Pošto nisam stručnjak za operativne sisteme, molim nekog ko je ovo razumeo, ili ko je imao sličan problem i našao rešenje da mi pomogne.
