Our company, Ulyssys Serbia d.o.o. having an international background, mainly specialized in developing integrated administration and transactional applications and unique software systems, is looking for the ideal candidate meeting the following criteria.
Tasks and responsibilities:
• Elaborating of requirement specifications, system design documents, programming specifications and user manuals
• Managing the handover of developments by taking part in testing process (from planning to execution) and in compliance management (supporting client side testing)
• Handling customer relationships
• Holding user trainings (mainly in Serbian)
• Coordinating the group of programmers and testers
• Participating in making business offers and assembling tender dossiers furthermore supporting the negotiation process
General requirements:
• Bachelor or Master degree in IT, business or engineering
• At least 3 years of working experience as a business analyst or project manager
• Sound verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced/native Serbian knowledge
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Strong system thinking skills, accuracy
• High level analytical and problem solving skills
• High-grade self-reliance and proactive personality
Advantage:
• Extended client network and deep knowledge of the IT sector/market
• Experience in business negotiations and assembling tender dossiers
• Basic communication skills in Hungarian or the willingness for learning the language
• Experience in programming (java, pl/sql)
